Do you agree with David Grossman? Explain why or why not.
I am fairly disagreeing with David Grossman. He supposed that media companies should be blamable for the messages they are scattering to kids. But I also consider that we shouldn't blame companies 100% for that. Because like I said in my earlier response, which was youngsters should also have the responsibility to control themselves against learning the immoral stuffs from games. The thing that I truly agree with him is games that are based on real life wars and violent television shows interest a major amount of kids, exclusively boys. I like games that are set in times of wars, because you can feel like you are a real soldier, not a fantasy one. But I think that television shows aren't going damage kids’ brains, they can only watch but not control the characters on television, so they couldn't do things they like either. Video games are not instruction us to kill, the ones that actually killed someone like they did in imaginary worlds would be the ones that have no clue about reality.

Video Games Question:
Should twelve and thirteen year olds be able to play any video game they want?
_ I think twelve and thirteen year old kids can play any game they want as long as they have their parents' permissions. For a little amount of kids, violent games like Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto may damage their brains; they will do bad things in the real world just like they did in those games. Playing games is not so bad for some parts, it can make you feel relaxing and forget all the bad things in life. Just try to think that games are games, they don't have anything to do with our life. Don't play a violent game and then after that punch someone that you hate. You shouldn't play games more than 12 hours per day, because you'll have a terrible headache and will be easy to get mad at anyone, even your closest people. Young boys in these modern days like to play real life-based games that they can do similar things like in real life. They want to have some freedom that they can never have. In games, if we got arrested by the police, we can always load from a saved game and then replay. By doing that in real life, you'll get killed or go in jail for a long long time. So like I said before, kids can any play games if they can control themselves.

_Why this is my favorite song: I like this song because it talks about people that don't want to leave this world; there's a guy who was trapped in an afterlife, he wants to get out of there because he thinks that he is too young to belong in this vile place.
_Why this song connects to my life: There was a lot of disaster moments like when I did something negatively, I wished that I'd never did those things and everything will come back to normal just like that guy wants to get out of his afterlife and enjoys the peace that he had before.

'Madam and the Rent Man' Questions
1. Read with a Purpose
- I think Madam and the rent man said 'So we agrees' on the last line because they both understand each other. When the rent man asked for money, Madam told him that her apartment was terribly a mess and when she told the rent man to fix it, he denied her offer. Madam said that she will not gonna pay for the apartment and the rent man agreed. Madam knew that the rent man is just an agent in this apartment so she agreed that the rent man agreed that she doesn't need to pay.
2. Infer
- I think that the message of 'Madam and the Rent Man' is that we should understand each other when we're having a problem. Like Madam, she's poor and lived in an old ugly apartment but have to pay big money for it. I think that the rent man is also not a rich man because he doesn't have enough requirements to fix the apartment. Madam and the rent man argued with each other but finally the man understood Madam and let her off.

- I think that the author used good word choices because by just reading 'Madam and the Rent Man', I can imagine what kind of people they are and what kind of situations they're facing. The characters in the story used inappropriate grammars so they might be poor. The author also used words that is sound like rappers and different from the white people so I can tell that they're all black.
